In compliance with the latest public health agency guidelines, the Murphys Business Association is advising visitors that many businesses currently have limited operations and or hours. We wouldn’t want you to be disappointed so please verify that any business you are hoping to visit is able to accommodate your expectations. Our businesses are striving to protect our community by following the guidance to limit physical interactions and encouraging social distancing. Given those recommendations, many tasting rooms and restaurants will only be open for pick up or takeout orders. Those retailers & other businesses that are open may have reduced hours or other limitations.

Murphys Irish Day Cancelled

With the cancellation of Murphys Irish Day, we are no longer planning any special activities for downtown on Saturday, March 21st. There will be no handwashing stations or special provisions for crowds since crowd gatherings are actively being discouraged.

As you may realize, Murphys Irish Day has historically been an important day for Murphys downtown businesses’ economic wellbeing which means some of your favorite businesses will be struggling without your patronage.
