October 10, 2017 – Basque Revisited at Marisolio Tasting Room – Basque cooking comes naturally to Chef Aubrey. Her Great Grandfather came here from the French Basque countryside. Come learn her secrets as she prepares time-honored family recipes passed down through generations. Aubrey’s menu will include Grampa Jacks Lamb Shanks with Thai Lemongrass Mint Reduction, Basque Beans with chorizo, and a Lavender Chipotle salad with petite Basque cheese.
