August 22, 2017 – GLUTEN AND FANCY FREE Cooking Class at Marisolio – Chef Jeanette McKee Chef Jeanette, Le Cordon Bleu graduate and former Calaveras resident, is going to share her passion for healthy cooking and baking. Her recipes are gluten free AND dairy free with little or no sugar and include: Gluten free loaded flatbread (hands on), colorful homemade hummus (3 types) organic date & orange in-fused crackers, roasted turmeric pepitas AND DARK CHOCOLATE AVOCADO CAKES!!!
