August 8, 2017 – Fermenting Frenzy Class at Marisolio – Bambi Porter, Certified Food Preserver, is back to take us on another adventure in food preservation. This time we’ll learn how to ferment vegetables and make kefir. Fermenting foods is one of the best ways to get probiotics into your diet! Come join us and learn about probiotics and the benefits of fermentation, PLUS, everyone will leave with a jar of their own creation of fermented veggies!
