Sue Costello, acclaimed comedian, actor, and writer, brings her one-woman play #IamSueCostello to
life for 2 NIGHTS ONLY on Friday, February 11th and Saturday, February 12th at 7:00 pm at Murphys
Creek Theatre.
Synopsis: Costello seamlessly blends her signature robust comedic style with her poignant and
captivating dramatic ability in her heartfelt, hysterical, true-life story. Sue takes the audience on a
powerful odyssey through her self-doubting, painfully funny childhood in Boston, to her widely
entertaining teenage adventures, and ultimately behind-the-scenes of her stand-up routine. It’s a self-
reflective glimpse behind the curtain of someone’s art that leaves you feeling you understand more about
the whole human experience. As with all great comedy, it’s amongst the laughter that there are tears. It’s
