Bambi is a well-loved chef here at Marisolio and has taught many sell-out classes. She is a master preserver and loves to teach! Do not miss this opportunity to learn the secrets of her trade.
This workshop will include the basics of making jam, including a low- or no-sugar variety, and the importance of preserving correctly.
Bambi will also be teaching us several ways to use your jam! You will be amazed how versatile jam can be.
Everyone goes home with a jar of JAM and the confidence to begin their own JAM’N journey!
Her menu will include:
Homemade peach jam with proper preserving techniques and tips
Make-your-own spicy jalapeño peach jam
