Cead mile failte!

Based in the scenic and historic California foothill town of Murphys, the Western Sierra Celtic Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Irish and Scottish culture, education and entertainment.

Membership is open to all — regardless of family ancestry, owning a kilt or where you live.

Our club will host Irish- and Scottish-themed events, including: a Robert Burns Supper in February, Kirkin’ of the Tartan church service in the fall, Celtic Candlelight Christmas Walk in December; plus, Irish-Scottish concerts, Scotch and Irish whisky tastings and monthly Celtic cultural educational programs.
