Each year on the third Saturday in March, Murphys shuts down Main Street and prepares to celebrate like only the Irish can. Join us for a parade at 11 am, stay to eat, taste and shop the Irish Day booth, local tasting rooms and stores of Murphys, buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win our famous trip to Ireland, enjoy music, dancing and Celtic entertainment on our two stages and wrap the day up with dinner at one of our restaurants. Event runs from 10 am to 5 pm and you’ll want get here early to grab a good spot to watch the parade. Free parking will be available at Ironstone Vineyards with a free shuttle to town from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Paid parking will be available at the corner of Big Trees & Main, weather allowing. Accessible parking will be available behind Alchemy and the Arbors Shopping Center. Main Street will be closed to traffic from 6 am to 6 pm.
Start your day with the Annual Pancake Breakfast, Saturday morning from 8 until 10:30 sponsored by the Men’s Fellowship at the First Congregational Church of Murphys, on the corner of Church and Algiers
